Presentation of Course Objectives and Contents
The course is focused on the study of international governance organizations and the relations of power and authority in the new spheres of global governance.
In the first part of the course, we will explore the theoretical aspects of Governance and International Organizations, as well as the global transformations of authority and power.
In the second part, we will analyze the new architecture of international governance organizations: delegation, modeling of self-regulatory forms of governance, and the diffusion of new frameworks and new organizations. Sections II and III of the course syllabus.
The third part of the course is focused on the study of ideas, initiatives, and modes of operation of international governance organizations and their interdependence with the new global governance system. Sections IV, V, and VI of the course syllabus.
